B2B Lead Generation Executive

Job Description
We are looking for a B2B Lead Generation Executive who can identify the right business prospects, find key decision-makers, and build accurate, targeted prospect lists for outbound business development.

This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy online research, B2B prospecting, contact discovery, and building quality lead databases rather than simply collecting large volumes of unverified data.

You will work with prospecting tools and business research platforms to identify relevant companies, verify contact information, and support the SDR and Business Development teams with qualified prospects.

Key responsibilities include:

- Research and identify potential B2B clients based on industry, location, company size, and defined target criteria
- Find decision-makers such as Founders, CEOs, Directors, Business Owners, and Marketing Heads
- Use Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Google Search, Google Maps, company websites, and business directories for prospect research
- Find and verify business email addresses, phone numbers, LinkedIn profiles, and company information
- Build, clean, organize, and segment prospect databases with a solid focus on data accuracy
- Identify relevant prospects based on business fit rather than relying only on lead quantity
- Conduct initial outreach through cold email, LinkedIn, and other approved channels
- Personalize outreach messages based on the prospect’s company, industry, and potential business requirements
- Track prospect research, contact verification, and outreach activities using CRM tools, Excel, or Google Sheets
- Maintain accurate records and update prospect status to support follow-ups and reporting




- Share interested or responsive prospects with the SDR or Business Development team
- Meet agreed daily and weekly targets for prospect research, verified contacts, data accuracy, and outreach activity

Experience
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in B2B lead generation, prospect research, contact discovery, or outbound prospecting preferred.

Hands-on experience using Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar prospecting tools will be an advantage.
