We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Chinese Cook with 1–2 years of experience in preparing authentic Chinese and Indo-Chinese dishes. The candidate should have good cooking skills, knowledge of kitchen hygiene, and the ability to maintain food quality and consistency in a qualified hotel kitchen

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare Chinese and Indo-Chinese dishes according to hotel standards and recipes.
- Prepare items such as noodles, fried rice, Manchurian, soups, stir-fried dishes, and other Chinese specialties.
- Handle wok cooking and maintain proper cooking techniques.
- Ensure food quality, taste, presentation, and portion consistency.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and cooking equipment.
- Follow food safety standards and proper storage procedures.
- Monitor ingredient stock and inform the supervisor about replenishment requirements.
- Minimize food wastage and maintain proper portion control.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely food preparation and service

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
