We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to join our pharmaceutical business. The candidate will be responsible for generating recent business opportunities, developing relationships with pharma distributors and franchise partners, and promoting our PCD pharma franchise and third-party manufacturing services across India.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a sales-driven mindset, and an understanding of the pharmaceutical industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads and acquire new clients for PCD pharma franchise and third-party manufacturing.
- Identify and approach pharmaceutical distributors, stockists, wholesalers, and potential business partners.
- Promote the company's pharmaceutical product range and contract manufacturing services.
- Handle inbound enquiries, follow up with prospective clients, and convert leads into business.
- Develop and maintain robust relationships with existing clients and business partners.
- Conduct regular follow-ups through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and other sales channels.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Coordinate with internal teams for product availability, quotations, pricing, and order processing.
- Maintain records of leads,



customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups.

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline; candidates with a pharmaceutical or life sciences background will be preferred.
- Experience in pharmaceutical sales, PCD pharma franchise, third-party manufacturing, or B2B sales will be an advantage.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales skills may also apply.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to generate leads, negotiate, follow up, and close sales.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Excel, email, and WhatsApp Business.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to learn.
