Profile - Costing Executive

Location - Haridwar (Uttarakhand)

Responsibilities

1. Cost Analysis and Estimation:

Prepare detailed cost estimates for new and existing products.

Analyze production processes, raw material costs, labor, and overhead expenses.

Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising product quality.

2. Budgeting and Forecasting:

Assist in preparing annual budgets and forecasts related to product costs.

Monitor variances between standard and actual costs and investigate discrepancies.

3. Product Pricing:

Support the pricing team with cost data to determine optimal product pricing.

Conduct margin analysis and recommend adjustments if required.

4. Reporting:

Generate regular cost analysis and variance reports.

Provide monthly, quarterly, and annual cost performance updates.

5. Inventory Valuation:

Ensure accurate inventory valuation by analyzing stock movement and cost trends.





Perform inventory reconciliation and identify potential financial risks.

6. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with production, procurement, and sales teams to understand cost drivers.

Support product development teams in evaluating cost impacts of new products.

7. Compliance and Audits:

Ensure compliance with financial policies and accounting standards.

Assist in internal and external audits related to product costing.

8. Process Improvement:

Identify and implement process improvements for cost control and efficiency.

Leverage technology and ERP systems (e.g., SAP) for streamlined costing operations.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
