We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead to improve code quality, maintain consistent development standards, and guide developers across multiple projects and teams. The ideal candidate should have strong software development knowledge, hands-on experience reviewing source code, and the ability to identify technical issues and guide developers toward better coding practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Review source code to identify bugs, poor coding practices, unnecessary complexity, and potential security issues before code is merged. - Establish and maintain consistent coding standards and development practices across projects. - Review code structure, architecture, input validation, error handling, and separation of responsibilities. - Guide developers in writing clean, readable, maintainable, and reliable code. - Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve overall code quality. - Ensure appropriate testing and quality checks are followed to reduce bugs and prevent regressions. - Organize technical clarification discussions before development begins to ensure requirements and implementation approaches are clearly understood. - Identify recurring technical issues and recommend improvements to reduce rework. - Help establish a structured code review process using Git and pull requests. - Work with developers across different projects to improve consistency, maintainability, and development practices.

Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of qualified experience in software development or a closely related technical role. - Strong programming fundamentals and practical experience reviewing other developers’ code. - Good understanding of software architecture, coding standards, debugging, and secure coding practices. - Experience with Git, pull requests, and code review workflows.



- Understanding of software testing, quality assurance, and defect prevention. - Ability to identify code-quality issues and recommend practical improvements. - Good communication skills and the ability to guide developers and clarify technical requirements. - Familiarity with web development, MongoDB, or Flutter is an advantage.

The selected candidate will help us maintain consistent coding standards across multiple projects, review developers’ code, identify technical problems, and guide the team toward better software development practices. Important: This is a technical role focused on code review, software quality, and developer guidance. Candidates should have practical software development knowledge and experience reviewing source code, rather than only manual software testing experience.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
