- Handle B2B enquiries through WhatsApp, phone calls and CRM.
- Contact retailers and dealers for order generation.
- Follow up with existing and potential customers.
- Attend and handle customers visiting the office/showroom.
- Welcome customers, understand their requirements and assist them with product selection. Coordinate customer visits, product presentations and order discussions.
- Promote recent saree catalogues, collections and schemes.
- Prepare quotations and process customer orders.
- Achieve monthly sales and customer activation targets.
- Follow up on pending orders.
- Coordinate with the payment collector for payment follow-up
- Maintain the customer database and update CRM/MIS.
- Coordinate with dispatch, accounts and sales teams.
- Reactivate dormant customers through regular calling.
Experience in saree and dress material
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
