Role Summary

We are looking for a self-driven, energetic, and customer-focused BDS Dentist to join our Toothsi Centre team. The role combines clinical consultations, dental procedures, patient management, and day-to-day centre operations.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced retail healthcare environment, with a strong focus on patient experience, clinical quality, and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities1. Clinical Responsibilities

- Conduct dental scans and provide consultations for teeth alignment and smile transformation.
- Educate patients about clear aligners, oral hygiene products, teeth whitening, and available treatment options.
- Perform minor dental procedures such as scaling and fillings, as per clinical protocols.
- Assist orthodontists during aligner-related procedures whenever required.
- Learn and execute aligner delivery procedures in accordance with established clinical guidelines.
- Handle individual patient appointments and dental emergencies as required.
- Maintain accurate patient records, clinical documentation,



and treatment-related information.
- Ensure compliance with clinical protocols, hygiene standards, and patient safety guidelines.

2. Centre Operations & Business Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day centre operations alongside clinical responsibilities.
- Support the achievement of centre-level business targets and objectives.
- Explain treatment plans, pricing, and available solutions to patients effectively.
- Handle patient queries, complaints, cases, and escalations professionally.
- Ensure a smooth and positive patient experience throughout the consultation and treatment journey.
- Coordinate with orthodontists and other centre team members to ensure seamless operations.
- Maintain professional standards, patient satisfaction, and overall centre performance.

Candidate Profile

- Qualification: BDS from a recognized institution.
- Strong communication, consultation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-driven, energetic, and willing to learn.
- Quick learner with valuable clinical understanding and grasping ability.
- Confident in managing patient cases, queries, and escalations.
- Customer-focused with a sales-oriented mindset.
- Comfortable handling both clinical responsibilities and centre-level operations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven retail healthcare environment.
