Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic, customer-focused, and sales-driven Social Media & Online Sales Executive to promote and sell mobile accessories and IT products through social media platforms and online channels. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, knowledge of digital sales, and the ability to engage customers, generate leads, and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily sales activities through social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, and other online channels.
- Promote and sell mobile accessories, smartphones, computer accessories, and IT-related products.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, messages, comments, and online orders.
- Create and publish attractive product posts, promotional offers, and sales campaigns.
- Follow up with potential customers and convert inquiries into sales.
- Provide accurate product information, pricing, availability, and recommendations.
- Maintain good customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the sales and inventory teams regarding product availability and order fulfillment.
- Support online marketing activities to increase brand awareness and sales.
- Monitor customer feedback, competitor activities, and market trends.




- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain proper records of online sales and customer inquiries.

Requirements

- Previous experience in online sales, social media sales, or retail sales is preferred.
- Knowledge of mobile accessories, computer accessories, and IT products is an advantage.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp Business, and other social media platforms.
- Basic knowledge of online marketing, product promotion, and content posting.
- Ability to negotiate, follow up with customers, and close sales.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with online sales tools.
- Self-motivated, responsible, and target-oriented.
- Ability to work in Bahrain and join as per company requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in the mobile accessories or IT retail industry.
- Knowledge of product photography, Canva, or basic video editing.
- Experience handling online orders and customer inquiries.
- Knowledge of English; Arabic or other languages would be an advantage.
