Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Social Media Strategist with at least 2 years of experience in social media management, content writing, SEO, and strategic market planning. The ideal candidate should be capable of developing effective marketing strategies to improve brand awareness, online visibility, audience engagement, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement social media and digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Supervise the marketing team and ensure the timely execution of marketing activities.
- Coordinate with various agencies, including SEO, content creation, and digital marketing agencies.
- Ensure the generation of a consistent number of quality leads for the sales team to achieve revenue targets.
- Plan, execute, and optimise advertising campaigns using Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Manage social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter and Google Business Profile (GMB).
- Develop strategic market plans based on market research, competitor analysis, and target audience insights.
- Create and manage content, including social media posts, captions, reels, blogs, and promotional materials.




- Implement SEO strategies, keyword research, and content optimisation to improve online visibility.
- Plan and manage social media content calendars and ensure consistent posting.
- Analyse market trends, identify growth opportunities, and recommend effective marketing strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management and digital marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Robust knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, and Google Business Profile (GMB).
- Experience in strategic market planning, lead generation, and campaign management.
- Good knowledge of SEO, content writing, and keyword research.
- Experience in team supervision and coordination with multiple agencies.
- Ability to generate quality leads that contribute to sales and revenue growth.
- Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical, creative, and strategic planning abilities.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
