- Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly vehicle sales targets.
- Monitor daily sales activities, customer enquiries, bookings, and lead conversion.
- Support Sales Executives in customer handling, vehicle presentations, and negotiations.
- Ensure timely follow-up on all customer enquiries and prospective buyers.
- Conduct daily team meetings and review individual sales performance.
- Assist the team in achieving booking, retail, and vehicle delivery targets.
- Coordinate with the Sales Manager regarding sales planning and performance reports.
- Ensure accurate customer data entry and regular CRM/DMS updates.
- Handle significant customer enquiries and support the resolution of sales-related issues.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer preferences.
- Ensure professional showroom operations and a high standard of customer service.
- Track team performance and implement corrective measures to improve productivity.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
