Regional Head – Sales & Operations

Travel Requirement: 10–15 days per month
Timings: 9:30 to 6:30pm

Key Responsibilities

- Manage sales and operations across multiple branches to achieve business targets.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue, sales conversion, and customer retention.
- Monitor branch-wise sales performance, operational efficiency, and team productivity.
- Lead and guide Branch Managers and sales teams to achieve monthly targets.
- Conduct regular branch visits, audits, and performance reviews.
- Identify operational issues and implement corrective action plans.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, and customer service standards.
- Coordinate with HR, Finance, Marketing, and senior management for smooth operations.
- Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly sales and operational reports.
- Identify business growth opportunities and improve overall branch profitability.

Requirements

- Graduate or postgraduate degree in Business Administration, Sales, Management, or a related field.




- 5–8 years of experience in sales and operations management.
- Experience in handling multiple branches and managing large teams.
- Robust leadership, communication, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and improve business performance.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, sales reports, and performance tracking.
- Experience in the beauty, skincare, wellness, healthcare, or retail industry will be preferred.
- Must be willing to travel across India for 10–15 days per month.
