We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Finance Executive with strong practical knowledge of accounting, taxation, and statutory compliance to join our team!

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle day-to-day accounting transactions and maintain accurate accounting entries.
- Manage invoices, payment records, vendor accounts, and financial documentation.
- Perform bank, ledger, and vendor reconciliations.
- Prepare financial reports and maintain accurate financial records.
- Handle GST-related work, including GST returns, reconciliation, and compliance.
- Manage TDS calculations, deductions, returns, and related documentation.
- Handle Income Tax-related documentation and compliance.
- Manage PF and ESIC-related work, including employee registrations, contributions, challans, and returns.
- Maintain payroll records and assist with salary processing and statutory deductions.
- Coordinate with vendors, employees, and internal teams regarding payments, invoices, and compliance requirements.




- Maintain financial data using MS Excel and accounting software.

Skills & Requirements:

- Graduate in B.Com, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts.
- Practical knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESIC, and other statutory compliances is essential.
- Good understanding of GST returns, TDS returns, PF/ESIC filings, challans, and due dates.
- Working knowledge of accounting software such as Tally and MS Excel.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, reconciliations, and documentation.
- Valuable analytical skills, attention to detail, and time management.
- Ability to independently handle routine accounting and compliance-related activities.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
