Roles & Responsibilities:

As a Graduate Engineer Trainee in the R&D; division focused on wastewater treatment and Effluent Treatment Plants (ETP), your role will involve actively contributing to the innovation, optimization, and implementation of advanced wastewater treatment technologies and processes. The objective is to enhance the efficiency, sustainability, and cost-effectiveness of industrial effluent treatment across diverse sectors.

Key responsibilities include:

- Research & Development:
- Conduct research to develop and optimize new treatment technologies and processes aimed at improving contaminant removal from industrial wastewater.
- Explore and design innovative solutions using advanced materials, chemicals, or hybrid treatment methods.
- Improve existing wastewater treatment processes like activated sludge, membrane filtration, etc., to increase efficiency and reduce environmental impact.
- Process Design & Testing:
- Design customized treatment solutions based on industry-specific effluent characteristics.
- Carry out laboratory-scale experiments to test the efficacy of various treatment chemicals and materials.
- Conduct pilot-scale trials and field testing to validate lab findings and assess real-world applicability.
- Data Analysis & Reporting:




- Analyze experimental and operational data to evaluate system performance and identify areas for process improvement.
- Maintain detailed documentation of experimental procedures, test results, and analysis.
- Prepare technical reports, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and recommendations for scale-up or future work.

- Technology Implementation:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including process engineers, plant operators, and environmental consultants, to ensure successful deployment of new technologies.
- Assist in commissioning and troubleshooting of ETP setups during implementation phases.
- Treated Wastewater Reuse & Application:
- Explore potential reuse applications of treated wastewater, such as agricultural irrigation, cooling towers, or process water in industries.
- Develop and optimize treatment processes to meet the quality standards required for such reuse applications.
- Site Visits & Field Support:
- Visit plant sites for startup, commissioning, testing, and validation of treatment systems.
- Collect and test lab samples to evaluate treatment efficiency and make on-site recommendations.
- Be adaptable and willing to travel to different locations across India based on project or plant requirements.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
