Job Title: Architect Drawing Coordinator

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Architect Drawing Coordinator to manage and coordinate architectural drawings for residential and commercial real estate projects. The ideal candidate will ensure timely preparation, revision, and distribution of drawings while coordinating with architects, consultants, site engineers, and other internal departments.

Key Responsibilities

* Coordinate architectural drawings with internal teams and external consultants.

* Prepare, review, and maintain architectural and working drawings.

* Ensure all drawings are updated with the latest revisions and approvals.

* Maintain drawing registers, revision logs, and document control records.

* Coordinate with site engineers to resolve drawing-related queries.

* Verify drawings before issuing them to site teams and consultants.

* Follow up with consultants for pending drawings and revisions.

* Ensure compliance with project timelines, company standards, and local regulations.

* Maintain proper filing and documentation of all project drawings.





* Support the Architecture team in project coordination and execution.

Required Skills

* Proficiency in AutoCAD.

* Knowledge of architectural drawings and construction processes.

* Good understanding of drawing revisions and document control.

* Strong coordination and communication skills.

* Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

* Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Qualification

* Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Architecture/Civil Engineering or a related field.

Experience

* 2–4 years of experience as a Drawing Coordinator, Architectural Coordinator, or similar role in the real estate/construction industry.

Preferred Candidate Profile

* Experience in residential or commercial real estate projects.

* Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects.

* Robust attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

* Team player with effective coordination abilities.
