Job Overview

We are looking for a performance-driven Meta Ads Executive with at least 1 year of experience in managing Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in lead generation, campaign optimization, audience targeting, and performance reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, create, and manage Meta Ads campaigns on Facebook and Instagram.
- Run lead generation, sales, traffic, and conversion campaigns.
- Conduct audience research, targeting, retargeting, and lookalike audience creation.
- Monitor campaign performance, budgets, CPL, CPA, CTR, and ROAS.
- Optimize campaigns to improve lead quality and return on ad spend.
- Perform A/B testing of ad creatives, copy, audiences, and placements.
- Coordinate with the creative team to develop effective ad creatives and copy.
- Set up and monitor Meta Pixel, events,



and conversion tracking.
- Prepare regular campaign performance reports.
- Stay updated with Meta advertising policies, tools, and trends.

Required Skills

- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager.
- Knowledge of Facebook and Instagram advertising.
- Experience with lead generation and conversion campaigns.
- Understanding of campaign budgeting and performance metrics.
- Basic knowledge of Meta Pixel and conversion tracking.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Knowledge of Google Ads is an added advantage.

Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline or equivalent practical

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
