Key responsibilities

- Plan, schedule and supervise daily production to meet targets




- Ensure availability and proper use of copra and coconuts
- Oversee all stages: drying, crushing, extraction, filtration, settling and packing
- Ensure quality and food safety standards
- Maintain machinery such as expellers, filters, boilers, pumps and filling machines
- Control stock, production costs, oil yield and wastage
- Manage manpower, attendance and productivity
- Ensure hygiene, safety and FSSAI/statutory compliance
- Coordinate packaging, dispatch and by-product (oil cake) management
- Maintain production records and drive process improvement

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
