*Location: Koramangala, Bangalore*

Position: Sales Executive (Telesales)

Hiring: Freshers & Experienced

Languages Required:

- English + Hindi
- English + Malayalam
- English + Tamil
- English + Telugu
- English + Kannada

Salary:

- Freshers: ₹25,000 CTC
- Experienced: ₹30,000 CTC + Attractive Incentives

Shift: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Week Off: 1 Rotational Week Off

Eligibility:

- Freshers: Graduation Mandatory
- Experienced: Undergraduates can also apply
- Job Role: Insurance Sales / Telesales

Key Responsibilities :

* Calling prospective clients.

* Explaining Star Health insurance policies and benefits in detail.

* Address customer queries and concerns effectively.

* Ensure smooth policy issuance and payment collection.

* Maintain client relationships for future cross-selling opportunities.





Requirements :

* Good communication and interpersonal skills.

* Experience/Fresher & Graduate both are eligible.

* Strong sales and negotiation abilities.

* Experience in field sales/client-facing roles are only eligible (Minimum 6 months of on paper experience is required).

* Ability to handle objections and close deals independently.

* Presentable and confident in customer interactions.
