Job Overview

We are looking for a Commercial Brand Manager to coordinate with brands, business owners, and clients to understand their commercial property requirements. The role involves gathering client requirements, identifying suitable commercial properties, coordinating with property owners, onboarding properties, and supporting the team in completing property transactions.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact clients, brands, and business owners to understand their commercial property requirements.
- Gather details such as preferred location, budget, property type, size, and business needs.
- Identify suitable commercial properties based on client requirements.
- Coordinate with property owners to collect property details, photographs, pricing, and availability.
- Support property onboarding and maintain updated property information.
- Coordinate between clients, property owners, and internal teams.




- Arrange property visits and follow up with clients and owners.
- Maintain client records and provide regular updates to the respective teams.
- Build professional relationships with brands, businesses, and property owners.

Eligibility Criteria

- Any degree is required; an MBA or a management-related qualification is preferred.
- 6 months to 3 years of experience in real estate, sales, business development, client coordination, or a related field.
- Kannada language proficiency is preferred for communicating with local property owners and clients.
- Must have a two-wheeler and a valid driving licence for property visits and local travel.
- Positive communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand client requirements and identify suitable property options.
- Willingness to travel within Bengaluru when required.
- Fresh candidates with relevant communication skills and an interest in commercial real estate may also apply.
