Job Description – Assistant Sales Manager (ASM) – Quartz

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Assistant Sales Manager (ASM) for Jaipur to drive sales growth, develop dealer and distributor networks, and expand the company's presence in the quartz market. The ideal candidate should have experience in the quartz, marble, granite, or natural stone industry, along with strong market knowledge and customer-handling skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and manage dealer, distributor, fabricator, architect, and builder networks across the assigned territory.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for quartz products.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach in Jaipur and nearby areas.
- Build strong relationships with dealers, architects, interior designers, contractors, and project clients.
- Generate project enquiries and follow up regularly to convert them into business.
- Conduct regular market visits, client meetings, and competitor analysis.
- Support dealers with product information, pricing, samples, and sales-related requirements.
- Monitor secondary sales, stock movement, outstanding payments, and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare daily visit reports, sales updates, and market feedback through the company's CRM system.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing,



delivery, and customer support.

Candidate Requirements

- Experience: 3–6 years in sales, preferably in the quartz, marble, granite, tiles, or natural stone industry.
- Strong knowledge of the Jaipur market and surrounding territories.
- Experience in dealer and distributor development.
- Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and generate new business.
- Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territory.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM reporting is preferred.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Appointment and development of recent dealers and distributors.
- Generation and conversion of project enquiries.
- Growth in secondary sales and market coverage.
- Regular market visits and customer follow-ups.
- Timely collection of outstanding payments and submission of reports.
