Key Responsibilities

- Lead and coordinate field network installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting activities.
- Handle FTTH/FTTx fiber connectivity, last-mile installation, and network expansion.
- Perform and supervise fiber optic splicing, jointing, and termination.
- Work with single-core and multi-core OFC cables, including 46F, 96F, and other cable capacities.
- Diagnose fiber cuts, signal loss, connectivity issues, and network faults.
- Use OTDR, optical power meters, fusion splicing machines, and other testing equipment.
- Handle OLT connectivity, optical distribution networks, and fiber distribution boxes.
- Coordinate with NOC and Service Operations teams to resolve network issues and customer complaints.
- Monitor field technicians' productivity, work quality, attendance, and task completion.
- Ensure timely fault restoration and minimize network downtime.
- Conduct site inspections and verify installation quality and technical standards.
- Maintain daily reports on installation, maintenance, faults, and restoration activities.
- Ensure compliance with field safety procedures and company policies.

Required Technical Skills

- Strong knowledge of FTTH/FTTx, OFC networks, and optical fiber connectivity.
- Hands-on experience in fiber splicing, termination, and fault rectification.
- Knowledge of OLT, GPON,



fiber distribution boxes, and last-mile connectivity.
- Experience using OTDR, optical power meters, and fusion splicing equipment.
- Understanding of fiber route planning, cable laying, and network maintenance.
- Team coordination, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Educational Qualification

- Diploma or ITI in Electronics, Electrical, Telecommunications, or a related technical field preferred.
- Relevant technical experience in ISP or telecom network operations is an advantage.

Experience Required

- 3–6 years of experience in FTTH/FTTx, OFC maintenance, or field network operations.
- Experience with telecom operators, ISPs, or fiber infrastructure projects preferred
