Hospital Professional – Job Description

Key Responsibilities

- Assist patients and support their healthcare needs.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, doctors, nurses, and hospital staff.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and hygiene standards according to hospital policies.
- Follow hospital procedures, infection-control guidelines,



and patient confidentiality requirements.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation as required by the role.
- Support daily hospital operations and coordinate with relevant departments.
- Respond to patient concerns professionally and compassionately.
- Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure efficient service delivery.
