Job Title: OT Nurse (Operation Theatre Nurse)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a qualified OT Nurse to assist ophthalmic surgeons during eye surgeries and ensure proper patient care, OT hygiene, and adherence to infection control protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare the operation theatre, instruments, and surgical equipment.
- Assist surgeons during ophthalmic procedures.
- Maintain sterilization, aseptic techniques, and infection control standards.
- Monitor patient safety and coordinate pre- and post-operative care.
- Maintain OT records, surgical checklists, and inventory.
- Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and patient safety standards.

Qualification: B.Sc. Nursing / GNM / ANM / DOA
Experience: 1–3 years of OT experience preferred; ophthalmic OT experience is an advantage.
