Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Project Engineer to support project planning, coordination, execution, and monitoring. The candidate will work closely with the Project Manager, clients, vendors, and site teams to ensure timely project completion, proper documentation, and smooth execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the Project Manager in project planning, scheduling, execution, and progress tracking.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, site teams, and internal departments.
- Prepare and maintain project schedules, MOMs, site reports, progress reports, checklists, and technical documentation.
- Monitor site activities, identify delays and execution challenges, and coordinate corrective actions.
- Review engineering drawings, technical specifications, BOQs, vendor proposals, and material requirements.
- Coordinate technical queries, design changes, approvals, and site-related issues.
- Track project milestones, deliverables, resources, and material requirements.
- Coordinate with purchase, production, engineering, and logistics teams for timely material delivery.




- Ensure compliance with approved drawings, quality standards, safety practices, and client requirements.
- Participate in project review meetings and follow up on pending action items.
- Support project handover, documentation, and close-out activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- B.E./B.Tech. in Mechanical, Civil, or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Project Engineering, EPC execution, industrial projects, fire safety projects, infrastructure, or related engineering fields.
- Strong project coordination, planning, and execution skills.
- Positive written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prepare project reports, technical documents, and progress updates.
- Basic understanding of engineering drawings, quality standards, safety, and compliance.
- Strong problem-solving, stakeholder management, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple activities and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
