About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer who can transform ideas and business requirements into intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly digital experiences.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of user experience principles, interface design, prototyping, and responsive layouts. You will collaborate with developers, marketing professionals, and other stakeholders to design effective digital products and improve the overall user journey.

Key Responsibilities

- Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for websites, web applications, dashboards, and digital products.
- Create wireframes, user flows, sitemaps, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
- Use Figma to develop high-fidelity designs and reusable UI components.
- Design responsive interfaces for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and consistent visual standards.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
- Work with marketing and business teams to design landing pages and improve user engagement.
- Apply design principles related to typography, color theory, spacing, accessibility, and visual hierarchy.
- Review existing interfaces and recommend improvements to usability and user experience.
- Stay updated with current UI/UX trends, tools, and industry best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications





- 1–3 years of experience in UI/UX design, product design, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Figma, including wireframing, prototyping, and component creation.
- Good understanding of user-centered design principles and usability standards.
- Knowledge of responsive design, layout systems, typography, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to translate business requirements into clear and functional design solutions.
- Understanding of website and application design patterns.
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS is preferred.
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- A portfolio showcasing relevant UI/UX projects is required.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience designing SaaS platforms, B2B applications, dashboards, or web-based products.
- Familiarity with usability testing, user research, and accessibility guidelines.
- Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or other visual design tools.
- Understanding of landing page optimization and conversion-focused design.
- Experience working with developers and product teams in a collaborative environment.
