- Respond to customer complaints through calls, emails, or support channels.

- Identify and resolve basic technical issues or escalate them to the Tech Team.

- Guide customers on platform usage and troubleshoot common problems.

- Maintain records of customer interactions and complaints.

- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

- Valuable verbal and written communication skills.

- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with email and support tools.

- Patient, polite, and customer-focused attitude.

- Ability to understand and resolve customer concerns.

- Freshers and experienced candidates may apply.
