Job Description

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting transactions and maintain books of accounts.
- Handle GST returns, including GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B.
- Manage TDS/TCS compliance and statutory filings.
- Perform GST input tax credit and vendor account reconciliation.
- Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, vendor payments, and client billing.
- Conduct bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
- Prepare monthly financial statements, including Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet.
- Monitor project-wise costs, revenue, client invoicing, retention money, and advances.
- Coordinate with auditors and tax consultants.
- Maintain accurate financial records for both Pune and Nashik branches.





Required Qualifications and Skills

- B.Com, M.Com, or a degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in accounting and finance.
- Working knowledge of Tally Prime / Tally ERP 9.
- Positive MS Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and formulas.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.
- Experience in construction, interior design, contracting, or project accounting will be an advantage.
- Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple branch offices and travel periodically if required.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
