Educational Qualification

- Any Graduates
- Diploma in IATA

Required Skills

- Knowledge of airline ticket booking and reservation systems.
- Familiarity with GDS software such as Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre.
- Good communication skills in English; Malayalam and Hindi are additional advantages.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office and email.
- Customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle ticket cancellations, refunds, rescheduling, and fare enquiries.

Job Responsibilities

- Book and issue domestic and international flight tickets.
- Handle ticket changes, cancellations, and refunds.
- Check flight schedules, fares, baggage rules, and travel requirements.
- Assist customers with booking enquiries and travel arrangements.
- Maintain booking records and coordinate with airlines or travel agents.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
