Job Description: Enterprise NOC Manager

Role: Enterprise NOC Manager (Provisioning & Network Assurance)

Department: Enterprise Operations | Team Size: 10 Engineers (L1/L2)

Reports To: Head of NOC

Core Objectives

Lead and mentor a 10-member engineering team responsible for 24/7 service delivery, onboarding, and assurance of national enterprise circuits (ILL, P2P Leased Lines, MPLS-VPN, and Managed SD-WAN).

Key Responsibilities

- Team Leadership: Manage 24/7 shift rosters, escalations, training, and operational workflows for 10 provisioning and assurance engineers.
- Service Provisioning: Enforce zero-defect circuit activations, BGP/VLAN configurations, and RFC 2544 / Y.1564 throughput acceptance testing.
- Service Assurance: Lead 24/7 proactive link monitoring, rapid fault isolation (CPE, PE, last-mile fiber), and Major Incident Management (Sev-1) bridges.
- SLA & RCA Governance: Maintain 99.5%+ uptime contracts, defend SLA commitments,



and deliver customer-facing RCAs within 24–48 hours.
- Partner Coordination: Manage field repair dispatches, dark fiber partners, and OEM TAC cases (Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet).

Target KPIs

- Circuit Uptime: across all active corporate links.
- Provisioning Delivery: orders activated on-time against committed RFS dates.
- MTTR: for logical/routing faults; for last-mile fiber dispatches.
- RCA Compliance: 100% of major incident RCAs submitted within 24–48 hours.

Candidate Requirements

- Experience: 7–10 years in ISP/Telco enterprise operations, with 2+ years leading a NOC or provisioning team.
- Technical Skills: Strong command of BGP, MPLS L2/L3VPN, VLANs (QinQ), SD-WAN, and RFC 2544 testing tools.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 per year
