Market Xcel Data Matrix is looking for detail-oriented professionals who are fluent in Punjabi to support a language-based data and research project. The role involves listening to Punjabi audio recordings, understanding the content accurately, and typing/transcribing the information while maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

- Listen to and review audio recordings in Punjabi.
- Accurately understand and interpret spoken content.
- Type and transcribe audio content with a high degree of accuracy.
- Identify and report unclear, inaccurate, or incomplete information.
- Verify transcription quality and ensure adherence to project guidelines.
- Maintain consistency in spelling, grammar, and formatting.
- Record observations and feedback as required.
- Meet assigned productivity and quality targets within project timelines.

Required Skills

- Fluency in Punjabi (reading, writing, speaking, and listening).
- Excellent audio comprehension and typing skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good command of Punjabi grammar and vocabulary.




- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with typing tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines efficiently.
- Strong analytical and quality-checking skills.

Preferred Background

- Experience in transcription, data annotation, language review, content moderation, quality checking (QC), or research projects is preferred.
- Freshers with robust Punjabi language proficiency and typing skills are also encouraged to apply.
- Experience working with audio-based projects will be an added advantage.
