F&B; EXECUTIVE – JOB DESCRIPTION
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily F&B; operations and service standards.
- Supervise restaurant, lounge & bar service team.
- Ensure excellent guest experience and service quality.
- Handle guest queries, complaints & feedback professionally.
- Coordinate with Kitchen, Bar and Service teams.
- Monitor stock, wastage, inventory & daily consumption.
- Ensure hygiene, cleanliness and food safety standards.
- Assist in achieving sales and revenue targets.
- Train and guide service staff.
- Maintain proper SOPs and operational discipline.
Skills Required:
- Good communication & leadership skills
- Strong knowledge of F&B; operations
- Guest handling and problem-solving ability
- Team management skills
- Basic knowledge of inventory & POS
