YUMSIE is hiring an Account Executive at its Rudrapur plant to handle accounts and supervise dispatch. YUMSIE is a food manufacturing company making pickles, sauces, ginger-garlic paste, tomato puree, ketchup and eggless mayonnaise etc.

Key responsibilities

Accounts

- Enter sales, purchase, receipt, payment and journal entries in Tally every day.
- Prepare sales invoices and keep party ledgers up to date.
- Reconcile party accounts and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Keep all account documents filed and easy to find.

Dispatch supervision

- Plan and supervise daily dispatch from the plant.
- Check that goods loaded match the order and the invoice in item, quantity and batch.
- Arrange transport and track each vehicle until delivery.
- Keep a daily dispatch record.

Dispatch documents

- Prepare the invoice, e-way bill, delivery challan and transport receipt for every dispatch.
- Collect proof of delivery and keep it on file.

Party claim settlement

- Record claims from parties for shortage, damage, rate difference, schemes and returns.




- Check each claim against documents and take approval from management.
- Issue credit notes or debit notes and close the claim in the party ledger.

Order coordination

- Coordinate with the sales team, order coordinator and factory on pending orders.
- Check finished goods stock before confirming a dispatch date.
- Update parties and the sales team on order and dispatch status.

Requirements

- B.Com or similar commerce degree.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in accounts. Experience in dispatch or with a manufacturing or FMCG company is preferred.
- Working knowledge of Tally, Excel or Google Sheets.
- Basic knowledge of GST invoices, e-way bills, credit notes and debit notes.
- Able to coordinate with the sales team, transporters and parties on phone and email.
- Careful with numbers and documents.
- Willing to work at the plant.

Working hours

This is a full time role at the plant. On some days, such as heavy dispatch days or month-end, extra hours will be needed. Candidates should be comfortable with this.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
