Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Timings: 10:30 AM – 8:30 PM

About the Role

PhysioKarma Solutions is looking for a qualified and experienced Senior Physiotherapist to oversee the clinical functioning of all physiotherapy centres across North Delhi. The role involves multi-centre clinical management, supervision of assistant physiotherapists, staff training and maintaining consistent standards of patient care across all locations.

Key Responsibilities

- Clinical Management: Manage and supervise the day-to-day clinical functioning of all physiotherapy centres across North Delhi.
- Training & Development: Train, mentor, and guide assistant physiotherapists on clinical techniques, treatment protocols, patient handling, and rehabilitation practices.
- Clinical Supervision: Monitor treatment delivery, assess clinical performance, and ensure adherence to established protocols and SOPs.
- Quality Assurance: Maintain consistent standards of clinical care, patient safety, documentation, and treatment outcomes across all centres.
- Patient Management: Guide the team in patient assessments, treatment planning, rehabilitation, and management of complex cases wherever required.




- Team Coordination: Coordinate with physiotherapy teams across centres, address clinical challenges, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Performance Monitoring: Evaluate assistant physiotherapists' clinical competencies and identify training requirements.
- Process Improvement: Implement evidence-based practices and improve clinical workflows to enhance patient experience and rehabilitation outcomes.
- Management Reporting: Provide regular updates to management regarding centre performance, staffing requirements, clinical quality, and operational challenges.

Eligibility Criteria

- MPT is mandatory.
- 4–5 years of relevant clinical experience in physiotherapy.
- Strong clinical knowledge and practical expertise in physiotherapy and rehabilitation.
- Demonstrated ability to train and supervise junior or assistant physiotherapists.
- Solid leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- Willingness to travel between physiotherapy centres across North Delhi as required.
