Position Overview

We are seeking multiple skilled and experienced Cybersecurity Professionals to join our enterprise engagements. This is a specialized hiring initiative where positions are managed in the US with execution and delivery based out of Current Delhi, India.

We are looking for hands-on experts across four core cybersecurity domains: Identity and Access Management (IAM), Cloud Security, Operational Technology (OT) Security, and Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC). The ideal candidates will have a proven track record of designing, implementing, and maintaining enterprise security solutions, mitigating risks, and enforcing regulatory compliance.

Core Domain Specializations & Required Skill Sets1. Identity and Access Management (IAM)

- Core Competencies: IAM, IGA, Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and Privileged Access Management (PAM).
- Enterprise Tools: Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, SailPoint, CyberArk, and Saviynt.
- Key Focus Areas: Access governance, Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), identity lifecycle management, and Zero Trust architecture.

2. Cloud Security

- Core Competencies: Multi-cloud security architecture across AWS, Microsoft Azure, and GCP.
- Enterprise Tools: Wiz, Prisma Cloud, Microsoft Defender for Cloud, and AWS Security Hub.
- Key Focus Areas: Cloud security posture management (CSPM), data encryption, and vulnerability management.

3. OT Security

- Core Competencies: Industrial Control Systems (ICS), SCADA, and PLC security.
- Enterprise Tools: Claroty, Nozomi Networks, and Dragos.
- Key Focus Areas: OT network segmentation, industrial threat detection, incident response, and adherence to frameworks including IEC 62443, NIST SP 800-82, and the Purdue Model.

4. Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC)

- Core Competencies: Cybersecurity risk assessments, security audits,



and compliance management.
- Enterprise Tools: ServiceNow GRC, Archer, and OneTrust.
- Key Focus Areas: Third-party risk management (TPRM), security policy development, control assessments, and compliance alignment with ISO 27001, NIST CSF, SOC 2, and CIS Controls.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, implement, and maintain enterprise-grade cybersecurity solutions tailored to client environments.
- Identify vulnerabilities, assess operational risks, and execute robust mitigation strategies.
- Conduct comprehensive security assessments, compliance audits, and access reviews.
- Support incident response activities, active threat monitoring, and remediation workflows.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional IT, cloud infrastructure, engineering, and compliance teams.

Required Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- Experience Band: 5–12+ years of relevant enterprise cybersecurity experience depending on specialization and seniority.
- Technical Expertise: Demonstrated hands-on implementation experience in at least one of the specified cybersecurity domains (IAM, Cloud, OT, or GRC).
- Certifications (Preferred): Industry-recognized certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, Security+, CCSP, or domain-specific vendor credentials.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
