Key responsibilities

- Plan and implement the curriculum in line with NEP 2020 and the National Curriculum Framework for the Foundational Stage (NCF-FS).
- Guide teachers in lesson planning, play-based learning and classroom management.
- Conduct classroom observations and provide feedback to teachers.
- Monitor children's literacy, numeracy, social and emotional development.
- Organize teacher training, academic activities and parent meetings.
- Maintain lesson plans, assessment records and student portfolios.
- Ensure child safety, hygiene and inclusive learning practices.
- Coordinate with the Principal and academic team.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education or a relevant field.
- B.Ed., D.El.Ed., NTT or ECCE qualification preferred.
- Experience in pre-primary teaching and academic coordination.
- Solid leadership, communication and organisational skills.

Pay: ₹27,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
