Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Center Head with 4–7 years of experience in educational sales, business development, and center operations. The candidate will be responsible for managing overall center activities, driving student admissions, achieving sales targets, leading the team, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage overall center operations and ensure smooth daily functioning.
- Drive student admissions, course enrollments, and revenue growth.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Lead, motivate, and monitor the performance of sales and counseling teams.
- Handle student inquiries, counseling, follow-ups, and admission conversions.
- Build relationships with students, parents, colleges, and educational institutions.
- Plan and execute marketing activities and lead-generation initiatives.
- Monitor sales performance, conversion rates, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Ensure proper student registration, fee collection, documentation, and reporting.
- Coordinate with trainers and academic teams to maintain student satisfaction.
- Prepare performance reports and provide regular updates to management.





Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 4–7 years of experience in educational sales, business development, or training institute operations.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving student admissions.
- Solid leadership, team management, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM tools, and sales reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and work towards business targets.

Preferred Candidate

- Experience in EdTech companies, educational institutions, skill development institutes, or training centers.
- Experience managing teams and handling end-to-end center operations.
- Strong focus on revenue growth, student admissions, and team performance.
