Job Summary

We are looking for customer-focused professionals with experience in Health Insurance Renewals, customer retention, or renewal sales. The candidate will handle policy renewals, follow up with existing customers, resolve queries, and help improve renewal conversion and customer retention.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle health insurance policy renewals and customer follow-ups.
- Encourage existing customers to renew their policies on time.
- Address customer queries, objections, and renewal-related concerns.
- Assist customers with policy details, premiums, and renewal procedures.
- Coordinate with insurance companies and internal teams for smooth renewals.
- Maintain customer records and follow up through CRM systems.




- Achieve renewal and customer retention targets while ensuring service quality.

Required Skills

- Knowledge of Health Insurance products and renewal processes.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Experience in customer retention, renewal sales, or objection handling.
- Ability to work with targets and follow-up schedules.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum 6 months of experience in Health Insurance Renewals, Insurance Retention, or Renewal Sales.
- Prior experience in customer handling and renewal follow-ups is mandatory.
- Valuable Hindi communication skills; basic English preferred.
- Graduation preferred.

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
