Whom Are We Looking For?

A proactive and result-oriented Assistant Manager – HR with solid expertise in recruitment and a sound understanding of overall HR operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment, developing effective hiring strategies, coordinating employee on-boarding, maintaining HR documentation, implementing HR policies, and ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations. The candidate should possess excellent communication, interpersonal, organisational, and people-management skills.

Must Have

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- At least 3–5 years of experience in recruitment and HR operations, with expertise in end-to-end hiring for technical, sales, and non-technical roles.
- Proficiency in candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, salary negotiations, and offer management using job portals and professional networking platforms.
- Hands-on experience in employee on-boarding, attendance and leave management, HR documentation,



employee engagement, and performance management.
- Working knowledge of HR policies, applicable labour laws, statutory compliance, and payroll coordination, along with strong communication and organisational skills.

Nice to Have

- Prior experience in a technology, engineering, electronics, robotics, or e-commerce organisation.
- Experience in recruitment planning, talent pipeline development, employer branding, and coordination with recruitment agencies.
- Exposure to performance appraisals, employee retention, training and development, and grievance handling.
- Ability to develop HR policies, employee handbooks, and standard operating procedures while improving overall HR processes.

What We Offer

- Salary: ₹35,000–₹45,000/month (based on experience and performance)

Pay: ₹420,000.00 - ₹540,000.00 per year
