Job Summary:-
We are looking for a well-groomed, professional, and guest-focused Host / Guest Relations Executive to create a warm and welcoming experience for guests at our premium restaurant. The ideal candidate should have experience in guest handling, reservations, waitlist management, and personalised hospitality.

Responsibilities:

- Welcome and greet guests with professional hospitality.
- Manage reservations, walk-ins, and waitlists.
- Coordinate seating and table management.
- Maintain guest profiles, preferences, and guest memory.
- Handle guest queries, feedback, and VIP guests.




- Ensure excellent grooming and a premium guest experience.

Requirements:

- 2–4 years of relevant experience in a premium restaurant or hotel.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
- Solid grooming, interpersonal, and guest-handling skills.
- Knowledge of reservations and waitlist management.
- Preferred Candidate:
- Someone who understands premium hospitality and can deliver a personalised, seamless, and memorable guest experience.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
