Role Overview

ALYF is looking for a proactive and result-oriented Real Estate Sourcing Manager to identify, evaluate, and acquire suitable land parcels and real estate properties for the company's development projects. The ideal candidate should have strong market knowledge, excellent negotiation skills, and established relationships with landowners, brokers, and channel partners.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and source suitable land parcels and properties for real estate development.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landowners, property brokers, channel partners, and other stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to identify potential sourcing opportunities in locations such as Karjat, Alibaug, Lonavala, and other relevant markets.
- Negotiate commercial terms, property prices, and acquisition deals with landowners.
- Coordinate with the legal, technical, and finance teams for property due diligence, title verification, and feasibility assessments.
- Evaluate land parcels based on location, pricing, development potential, and business requirements.
- Maintain a database of potential properties,



landowners, and sourcing opportunities.
- Manage the sourcing pipeline from initial identification to deal closure.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging real estate opportunities.
- Achieve sourcing targets within defined timelines and budgets.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field; an MBA is an advantage.
- 3–5+ years of experience in real estate sourcing, land acquisition, or property acquisition.
- Strong network of landowners, brokers, and channel partners.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Good understanding of land documentation, property transactions, and basic legal due diligence.
- Strong market knowledge and ability to identify high-potential investment opportunities.
- Willingness to travel to project locations as required.
