- Position: Senior Pharmacist.

- Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / Pharm.D with valid State Pharmacy Council registration.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Supervise daily pharmacy operations, including dispensing, storage, and inventory control.
- Handle and manage oncology drugs, chemotherapy medicines, and high-risk/high-alert medications safely.
- Verify and review prescriptions for dose accuracy, interactions, and appropriateness.
- Ensure compliance with NABH standards, drug regulations, and hospital policies.
- Maintain proper storage conditions, including cold chain and expiry management.
- Coordinate with procurement and vendors to ensure uninterrupted medicine availability.
- Guide doctors, nurses, and clinical staff on secure and rational drug use.
- Monitor and report adverse drug reactions and medication errors.
- Train, mentor,



and supervise junior pharmacists and pharmacy staff.
- Maintain accurate documentation, records, and audit readiness.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE :

- Valuable Years of Experience on hospital pharmacy.
- Robust knowledge of pharmacy operations, drug safety, and inventory management.
- Familiarity with hospital information systems (HIS) and pharmacy software.
- Understanding of NABH and regulatory requirements.
- Leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Solid attention to detail and a patient-first approach.

GOOD TO HAVE :

- Experience In multi-specialty hospital.
- Knowledge of chemotherapy handling and safe preparation practices.
- Exposure to clinical pharmacy and drug information services.

Pay: ₹8,200.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
