Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment and HR onboarding operations. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.

Prefer candidate : Mumbai Location Only

Role & responsibilities

Recruitment

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other hiring channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Negotiate salary and roll out offer letters.
- Maintain recruitment reports and hiring trackers.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions.

HR Operations

- Collect and verify all pre-joining and joining documents.
- Coordinate and complete Background Verification (BGV) for recent hires.
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process.




- Coordinate with IT/Admin for laptop procurement and allocation.
- Maintain employee onboarding, recruitment, and HR trackers accurately.

Preferred candidate profile

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent coordination and organizational abilities.
- Good negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and HRMS.
- Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.

Experience

- 2-4 years of experience in recruitment and HR operations.

Working Culture:

· Flexible 8 Hours of working excluding break

· 5 Days Working

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
