Email & WhatsApp Marketing Executive

We are looking for an Email & WhatsApp Marketing Executive to execute outbound communication campaigns for lead generation, prospect follow-up, and re-engagement.

The role involves managing contact lists, preparing and sending email and WhatsApp campaigns, setting up follow-up sequences, tracking responses, and identifying interested prospects for the sales and business development team.

The candidate should be comfortable handling bulk outreach while maintaining relevant messaging, accurate records, and professional communication.

Key responsibilities include:

- Prepare and execute cold email and WhatsApp outreach campaigns based on defined targeting criteria
- Organize, clean, and segment contact lists according to industry, business type, location, and other relevant criteria
- Create and schedule outreach messages tailored to campaign objectives and prospect requirements
- Set up follow-up sequences to engage prospects who have not responded or require further communication
- Re-engage previous prospects, inactive contacts, and businesses that have shown interest
- Monitor incoming replies and identify interested prospects, qualified enquiries, and opportunities requiring follow-up
- Maintain accurate records of sent messages, responses, interested leads, follow-up dates, and campaign status
- Use spreadsheets, CRM systems, and campaign management tools to organize outreach activities
- Monitor campaign performance, response rates, positive replies, and lead-generation outcomes
- Remove duplicate contacts, maintain suppression and opt-out lists, and follow applicable messaging and data-protection requirements
- Coordinate with the sales or business development team to transfer interested prospects and support timely follow-up




- Review campaign results and suggest improvements to targeting, messaging, and follow-up processes

Experience

Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Candidates with previous experience in email marketing, WhatsApp marketing, cold outreach, lead generation, CRM follow-up, or database marketing will be preferred.

Practical understanding of campaign execution, contact-list management, follow-up processes, and response tracking is important.
