Job Description – Business Development Executive

Location: Across Tamil Nadu

Role: Business Development Executive

Employment Type:On-Roll

Salary: ₹16,000 per month + Incentives

Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Week Off: Sunday

Perks: PF and ESI (as applicable)

Lead Support: Leads will be provided by the company.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle leads provided by the company and identify potential customers for banking products.

* Interact with customers and explain product features, benefits, eligibility, and application procedures.

* Generate business through branch and open-market activities.

* Build and maintain relationships with customers, branch staff, and Branch Managers.

* Collect and coordinate customer documents and complete the required documentation process.

* Follow up with customers to convert leads into business.





* Participate in sales campaigns and promotional activities to achieve business targets.

* Update daily leads, follow-ups, conversions, and business reports.

* Ensure compliance with bank policies, KYC requirements, and prescribed procedures.

Required Skills

* Good communication and interpersonal skills.

* Strong sales, convincing, and customer-handling abilities.

* Good follow-up and relationship-management skills.

* Target-oriented approach.

* Basic knowledge of banking products and documentation.

* Fluency in Tamil; English communication skills preferred.

Qualification

* Any graduate; MBA/PGDM candidates may also apply.

* Freshers can apply.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
