Job Overview

We are looking for a customer-oriented and proactive Counter Sales Executive to join our showroom team in Aluva. In this role, you will be the face of our company, welcoming walk-in clients, explaining our product specifications (such as Aluminium/Color Coated Roofing Sheets, Crimp Curved Sheets, and Sandwich PUF Panels), and converting inquiries into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities

* Customer Engagement: Warmly welcome walk-in customers, builders, and contractors to the showroom.

* Product Consultation: Understand customer project requirements and guide them toward the right roofing and structural solutions.

* Brand & Spec Explanation: Clearly explain product features, pricing, and specifications for partner brands like Jindal, JSW, Tata, and Oralium.

* Sales Conversion: Effectively handle customer queries, negotiate pricing, and close showroom sales to meet monthly targets.

* Order Coordination: Assist in generating quotes or bills and coordinate with the stock/dispatch team to ensure timely material delivery.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
