Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented skilled for our PSU Disposal Department to manage bank and PSU coordination, identify asset disposal opportunities, facilitate the sale of SARFAESI properties, and develop relationships with institutional stakeholders and potential buyers.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs), banks, financial institutions, and authorized officers regarding asset disposal assignments.
- Identify business opportunities related to distressed assets, NPA properties, and properties available for sale under the SARFAESI Act, 2002.
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with banking officials, PSU representatives, asset recovery teams, and other stakeholders.
- Generate potential buyer and investor leads for bank-auctioned and distressed properties.
- Coordinate property inspections, site visits, auction-related activities, and buyer follow-ups.
- Assist in obtaining and processing property disposal assignments from banks, PSUs, and financial institutions.
- Maintain property databases, auction details, business development records, and MIS reports.
- Track ongoing disposal cases,



follow up with concerned stakeholders, and work towards achieving departmental targets.
- Coordinate with the legal, enforcement, and property sales teams to ensure smooth execution of disposal activities.

Required Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline; candidates with an MBA in Marketing, Finance, or Business Development will be preferred.
- Prior experience in banking, NBFCs, Asset Reconstruction Companies (ARCs), real estate, debt recovery, or institutional business development will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of the SARFAESI Act, 2002, and bank auction procedures will be preferred.
- Good communication, negotiation, coordination, and relationship-management skills.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel and email communication.

Salary

As per industry standards and the candidate's qualifications and experience.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
