Job Responsibilities

1. Digital Marketing

- Manage Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
- Create attractive jewellery reels, posts, stories, and promotional content.
- Plan and execute Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns.
- Manage product photography, video editing, and content creation.
- Handle website product uploads, descriptions, and basic SEO.
- Manage Google Business Profile, customer reviews, and online visibility.
- Generate customer enquiries and sales through Instagram and WhatsApp.
- Track marketing performance, leads, and conversions.

2. In-Store Sales & Customer Handling

- During free time or when digital marketing tasks are completed, assist with in-store jewellery sales.
- Attend to walk-in customers, explain products, and help them select jewellery.
- Support billing, product display,



and basic stock organisation when required.
- Maintain positive customer relationships and provide a positive shopping experience.

Required Skills

- Knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, and Meta Ads.
- Canva, reels creation, and basic video editing.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Interest in jewellery, fashion, and retail sales.
- Ability to manage both online marketing and in-store responsibilities.
