ITPlusPoint Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Sales Executive with a minimum of 2 years of experience in ERP software sales, preferably School ERP or Education Management Software. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, acquiring new clients, conducting product demonstrations, and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads for ERP software solutions, particularly School ERP and Education ERP.
- Identify and approach schools, educational institutions, and potential business clients.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective customers.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and follow-ups to negotiation and deal closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key decision-makers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable ERP solutions.
- Coordinate with the technical, implementation, and support teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
- Prepare sales proposals, quotations,
and commercial offers.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status.
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct client visits and field sales activities as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in ERP software sales.
- Prior experience selling School ERP, Education ERP, or School Management Software is strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to generate leads, acquire clients, negotiate, and close sales.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Good understanding of B2B sales and customer relationship management.
- Ability to explain software features and business advantages to clients.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Excel, and sales reporting.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.
