Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecallers to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective students, explaining our educational courses, following up on enquiries, and generating leads for admissions.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective students from the provided database.
- Explain available courses, course benefits, fees, and admission procedures.
- Understand students’ requirements and provide relevant course information.
- Follow up with interested leads and schedule counselling sessions.
- Generate quality leads and support the admission conversion process.
- Maintain accurate call records and update lead status in the CRM.
- Achieve daily calling targets and performance objectives.




- Handle student queries professionally and maintain positive communication.
- Coordinate with the academic counselling and sales teams for follow-ups.

Requirements

- Minimum qualification: Plus Two or any degree.
- Freshers are welcome; prior telecalling or sales experience is an advantage.
- Good communication skills in Malayalam and basic English.
- Confident telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and willingness to learn CRM tools.
- Positive attitude, patience, and a target-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.

Job Details

- Work Mode: Work from Office
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
- Office Timing: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
- Salary: As per experience and company standards
- Immediate joiners preferred
