We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead to oversee the development and technical operations of our marketplace and CRM platform. The ideal candidate should have strong backend expertise, cloud infrastructure knowledge, and the ability to lead a development team.

Responsibilities:

- Lead backend architecture and development using Node.js.
- Manage API integrations between our marketplace, CRM, and external services.
- Oversee AWS infrastructure, deployments, and system reliability.
- Review code, guide developers, and coordinate technical delivery.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and maintain clear documentation.

Requirements:

- Strong experience with Node.js and backend development.
- Practical knowledge of AWS, DevOps, and microservices.
- Experience with REST APIs and synchronous/asynchronous integrations.
- Proven ability to lead developers and manage technical projects.
- Solid problem-solving and communication skills.
