Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities: As a Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing and supporting custom solutions on the Salesforce platform. You will work closely with business analysts, architects and QA teams to translate business requirements into scalable, secure and maintainable Salesforce solutions, while following platform best practices and governor-limit-aware design. Our Salesforce practice values teamwork, quality work, innovation and customer success. Your Impact: • Design, develop and deploy custom solutions using Apex (classes, triggers, batch, queueable and scheduled jobs), Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura • Configure and customize Salesforce objects, fields, validation rules, flows, page layouts, permission sets and security models • Build and maintain integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events and middleware • Write unit tests with meaningful coverage and perform debugging, performance tuning and code reviews • Manage deployments across sandboxes and production using Salesforce DX, Git and CI/CD pipelines • Support requirement analysis, technical design and documentation with the Technical Architect and business teams • Provide production support, troubleshoot issues and ensure timely resolutio

Technical Competency: • Strong hands-on experience in Apex, SOQL/SOSL, Lightning Web Components,



Visualforce and Salesforce Flows • Good understanding of Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud, with exposure to Experience Cloud being an advantage • Experience with REST/SOAP API integrations, data migration and data loading tools • Working knowledge of JavaScript, HTML and CSS • Experience with version control (Git), Salesforce DX and release management • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II) preferred Functional Competency: • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in any field • Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills • Ability to work well with others in a cross-functional environment • Willingness to learn and upskill in new Salesforce technologies • Team player who can deliver in a high-pressure and demanding environment Good to Have: • Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams • Exposure to Salesforce Marketing Cloud, CPQ or Health Cloud • Experience with test automation or code-quality tools
